In current practice, this tuning fork is based on an A 427.6 Hz tuning system, derived from an 8 cps fundamental.

The 8 cps tuning is associated with quantum coherence within neural microtubules, which are coordinated by an 8 MHz frequency. The musical intervals within this system are based on simple ratios, such as:
