At oneTone, each instrument is carefully selected and prepared.

Because many of our offerings are handmade and energetically sensitive, we encourage a mindful and intentional approach to every purchase.


Returns & Exchanges

14-Day Resonance Window

If an instrument does not harmonize with your practice, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in as-new condition

    (no signs of wear, mallet marks, or skin oils)

  • Complete, including original packaging and accessories

  • Authorized prior to return (please contact us before shipping)

 

 

Return Options

Store Credit (Recommended)

  • 100% of the purchase price (excluding shipping) issued as store credit

  • No restocking fee

  • Ideal for selecting a more suitable instrument


Refund

  • Refunded to the original payment method

  • A 15% restocking fee applies

  • Some partner brands may require a higher restocking fee (confirmed during authorization)

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

  • Sale, discounted, or AS-IS items

  • Custom-ordered or special-edition instruments

  • Instruments used extensively or in professional healing sessions

  • Sets with missing, opened, or incomplete components

 

 

Shipping & Handling

 

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • For free shipping orders, outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the final credit or refund

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

  • We recommend using insured, trackable shipping

    (we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit)

 

 

Damaged Arrivals

If your instrument arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Clear photos of the damage

  • Photos of the original packaging

This allows us to prioritize resolution or replacement.

 

 

Price Adjustments

We are unable to offer price adjustments for items purchased prior to a sale.
