The 32 Hz Otto Tuner works primarily with the skin and hair, stimulating surface nerves through gentle, low-frequency vibration. Unlike the deeper bone-focused Otto Tuners, the 32 Hz is designed for subtle sensory stimulation and nervous system engagement at the surface of the body.

With its weighted ends, the 32 Hz Otto produces a sustained, low-pitched vibration that allows the sound to linger longer than a standard tuning fork.

The 32 Hz frequency is based on an 8 cps fundamental tone, raised through octaves (8, 16, 32). This fundamental tone—associated with the pulsation of the Earth—is the generating tone for all Otto Tuners.

How to Use

To activate the 32 Hz Otto, gently tap the weighted body of the tuning fork on your palm. This sets the weights in motion and produces a pure tone.
