Brain Tuners
Brain Tuners are based on EEG brainwave research, which identifies different states of brain activity commonly described as Delta, Theta, Alpha, and Beta. These states relate to varying levels of awareness, focus, relaxation, and rest experienced throughout daily life.
When two Brain Tuners are sounded together—typically one near each ear—the brain integrates the two frequencies, creating a perceived rhythmic pulse known as a binaural beat. This effect is commonly explored in sound-based listening practices to support shifts in attentional and awareness states.
Each brainwave state is commonly associated with:
✓ Beta – alertness and focus
✓ Alpha – relaxed awareness and creativity
✓ Theta – inward attention and meditative states
✓ Delta – deep rest and sleep
Brain Tuners offer a structured way to explore natural changes in brain activity through sound and vibration.
