We work closely with skilled artisan makers and trusted global suppliers. Each instrument is prepared with care and intention before it begins its journey to you.

 


 

Order Processing

 

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM may ship the next business day.

  • Occasionally, processing may take longer due to handmade production or supplier delays.

    If that happens, we’ll do our best to let you know.

 



Shipping Origin

 

  • Most items ship from our office in Rochester, NY.

  • Some instruments may ship directly from our trusted partners (drop shipping).

    These items may be dispatched from other locations depending on the maker and product.

 


 

Shipping & Delivery Carriers


We ship using
UPS, USPS, and DHL.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Domestic (USA): 1–5 business days (typically)

  • International: Varies by destination

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected during high-volume seasons.

 


 

International Orders

 

  • International shipping rates are estimated at checkout.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply in some cases.

    You can choose to proceed or request cancellation before shipment if supplemental fees are required.

  • Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

    These vary by country and are not included in shipping costs.

 


 

Address & Delivery Responsibility

 

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility passes to the recipient.

  • For delivery issues or missing packages marked as delivered, contacting the carrier directly is usually the best first step.

 


 

Backorders & Seasonal Delays

 

Some instruments may be temporarily unavailable or take longer to ship due to handmade production or seasonal demand.

During high-volume periods, delays can occur — we appreciate your patience and understanding.


 

Free Shipping & Returns

 

  • Free shipping offers apply to you as the customer — we cover the cost.

  • If an order with free shipping is returned, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, including on returned or undeliverable orders.
