At Onetone we are grateful for your business and strive to provide the highest quality sonic instruments and vibrational tools. Our wish is for each client to be happy with their purchase, but we understand the need may arrive to return an item. Before sending the item, please review our refund policy. If you still feel to return the item, please contact our onetone team to make proper arrangements.

You have 15 days to review your purchase.  After receiving and inspecting the instruments, the refund will be applied back to the original purchase method within 14 business days. 

All items that are discounted from their original price are only exchangeable for store credit. Any product sold as-is will be non-refundable.

Returns are given if the full-price item is returned in its original condition. Each item must have all parts including cases, mallets, Tunning keys, Replacement strings, etc. We reserve the right to debit the refund for any parts that are missing.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Purchaser assumes the responsibility for all costs associated with the return of the item. 
The purchaser is the full owner of the instrument or tools until the item it delivered and received by Onetone, LLC. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
